I love the vet here and our visits. Everyone is so friendly and all the vets we see are great and so good with our boys. Prices are very reasonable and they can usually get you in pretty quick. They also special order in the flea/hwp I want so that is awesome too. I also like that they have clinic cats that wander around :)

I have been bringing my dog Kobe here since I first adopted him 3 years ago. I took my previous dog elsewhere but when he passed and I adopted Kobe, I knew I wanted to go somewhere else. Advantage was recommended to me by friends and I am very pleased! The prices are much more reasonable then my previous vet. Something to consider, unlike my previous veternarian, Advantage has multiple vets. We have seen 2 different vets and both of them have been great. I assume if you like one particular vet you can request to see the same Dr every visit. In addition to veterinary services, I purchase Kobe's dog food here, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality is great. But most importantly, Kobe receives top notch, excellent care! Highly recommend Advantage!

This is the absolute best place to take your pets! anyone who has a bad experience here more than likely has bad experiences everywhere they go. We couldn't be happier!

They take great care of my cocker spaniel. He's an elderly gentlemen so we tend to go in for more meds than we did when he was younger. They are always very kind and considerate.

I'll start by saying when I have brought my dogs in for visits the staff has been very nice and knowledgeable. However, of the past several years I have had multiple issues and have finally stopped taking my dogs there and found a new vet. First Issue is that when I had originally moved my dog from the old vet this this vet (due to moving homes), my dog had a severe reaction to the medicine and that had never happened before with the other vet. The vet was not reachable so I had to take my dog to the vet hospital and pay a huge cost. When I told the vet what had happened I didn't even get an apology or anything from the vet. Then I try to adopt a rescue dog and when the rescue centers would call to see if my current dog was up to date on her shots (which she was and I had the rabbi vaccination form) they were telling the rescue centers that I had a second dog that wasn't up on its shots (which I hadn't had a second dog in over 5 years!). Now since I haven't moved my oldest dog to the new vet yet I had to do my heartworm preventative medicine online using this vet. I just found out that they rejected my request for heartworm preventative for my dog. So instead of calling me and telling me why or informing me they rejected my request, I've just been waiting weeks for my medication to come and now my dog is going to miss her October treatment. The customer service and communication here is just poor. To many instances for me to be able to recommend them to anyone.

I made the mistake of going to Bentley today because they couldn't get Seamus in until Saturday and I didn't want him to scratch and chew and be uncomfortable any longer and although the receptionists/techs were nice, Dr. Reiter could improve his bedside manner. Maybe the other doctors there are nice and listen and believe you but he certainly didn't.
