I missed the delivery on a package and went to pick it up at 3:45 on a Friday afternoon, less than two weeks before Christmas - there were 10 people in line already and only one person working!! Of course, she made no attempt to speed up her pace. I knew I should have walked out and scheduled re-delivery but since I was already there...

You have been warned. Do not waste your time at this office. They are rude and could care less about good customer service.

SANDY (if that's accurate) - because she began to raise her voice again and tell me she didn't do anything wrong.

I waited 20 minutes and as soon as I got to the desk and showed the lady my slip she told me my package was at the Fenton office. I checked online before I left to make sure I was going to the correct office (the slip did not specify) and the last location indicated was High Ridge. I was confused and asked the lady for clarification and she began to get an attitude with me.

Once I got home, I called the office and asked to speak to a manager. There was not one present so I asked for the name of the lady at the front desk and she wanted to know who I was. I explained that I was just there and wanted to speak to manager about my interaction with that woman and she got very defensive. I had to ask twice more to get her name -

I wish I could remember the rude woman's name. She has been rude for no reason twice to me. The one time she was mad because she was on a personal call and had to hang up because she had to wait on me, the customer.

Perfect besides parking is sometimes bad

They do not deliver business mail to the correct business in our complex causing major issues with timely payment of bills. Called several times with no change in quality of service and no apology for lack of accuracy in job performance.

Very rude! The women at the counter has been rude to me several times, today was the worse! Ill gladly drive out of my way for better customer service!
