This is the nicest storage facility that I have ever used! The people are fantastic and Brian (in particular) has been extremely helpful. The facility is kept very clean, has climate control, and is very secure. Their policies are very clear so I’m not sure why the other review was confused about the move out procedures and payment policies. Anyway, if you are looking for a storage facility, this one is top notch!
friendly and cooperative staff. i was running late from an all day out of state move due to an accident. the manger offered to stay a bit longer to make sure all was good he even was going to help me unload the truck but thats what kids are for
Prompt service with great rates and wasted no time getting us set up the same day. Well lit, clean and secure with easy access (24 hr would be nice), carts, large entries/elevators make moving easy. Would recommend to anyone.
Great guest service. They were great at helping us with making our storage needs smooth. The ability to use their box truck is a huge plus!
I have been with Life Storage since it was Uncle Bob's storage and I love this place. My stuff is kept clean, the staff are amazing. They have even called me before because there was a puddle near my unit and they thought something spilled (we moved in the rain and a box leaked under the door). I thought that was amazing that they cared that my stuff could be getting ruined by a spill in my unit. They are always helpful.
