Amazing people use to work here. Now there's just people who think they can make it in the business but no really sure what they want to do. Took a young lady 30min. to just trim 2 inches off a ladys ends. When I realized the girl didn't know what she was doing. I got up and left
I went in to purchase hair products at 2:55 and the gates were closed. A woman was at the register and said her draw was already closed and nothing she could do. The hours said they were open until 7 today. Very frustrating because I went out of my way to go there and not the first time this has happened.
No stars. ... I was xmas shopping, my husband took my 8 year old son to cut his hair. The older lady could not evenly fade my sons hair. Cut his ear a few times. My husband calls me and says come to the salon hurry. I go , see my sons head is messed up, she's yelling at my husband telling him he needs anger management and such. I go to check out. He goes back tells her that she cut his ear. She was like oh it's not too bad I'm sure he fell off his bike and did worse. Then she tells my husband he has Mexican prickly hair and she can't do better. Husband tells her were not Mexican and you are racist. I will never go back!
