We've been going to Selena for years. She is wonderful. Can't be beat.
Selena is great with our taxes, but her staff are not so great. Today when I called with a question one of her staff members was very rude to me and the opposite of helpful. She developed an attitude when talking to me, and instead of offering to help me she treated me like a child and told me there was nothing she could do. I had asked her to look up some information and she asked rhetorically if I was asking her "to go through a cabinet and look up old information," which she was well capable of doing but not willing to do so. I hope Selena finds better professionals to manage her office.
